Jack WONG

Jack Wong (黃偉雄 眼科視光師 ) graduated from the School of Optometry in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Optometry. He later further studied in Orthokeratology treatment while he was working in an Orthokeratolgy Centre. He is well-experienced and has been practicing full scope Optometry and Orthokeratology for more than 19 years.

Jack is keen on promoting primary eye care and Optometry. He used to serve as Chairman of preliminary investigation committee of Optometrists Board of HKSAR, He is a foundering member of Hong Kong Orthokeratology Association, member of advisory board of School of Optometry, PolyU, President of Hong Kong Society of Professional Optometrists, and an Adjunct Associate Professor of School of Optometry, PolyU. Jack is also one of the famous speakers for eye care and myopia topics. He is often invited to be interviewed in both TV and radio shows.

Jack served as optometrist in Laser Refractive Surgery Centre and Optometric Clinic focusing on Orthokeratology treatment in children for many years. He was the manager of a number of eyecare centres, which were formerly a subsidiary of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, before founding EyeCareHK香港護眼,

Apart from his clinical duties as an optometrist and centre-in-charge of EyeCareHK (Yau Ma Tei), Jack serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Our Optometrists graduated from the School of Optometry in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University or renowned Optometry institutes in oversea universities. All Optometrists in “EyeCareHK” are Part I registered in the Department of Health, HKSAR. We are qualified to use diagnostic drugs in eye examinations. We are well-experienced and has been practicing full scope Optometry and Orthokeratology for many years.
